Collaborative Software Initiative offers support for QM for SIG 5 days per week, 8 hours a day during normal business hours, from a team of the most experienced, knowledgeable, and passionate collaborative software developers, the engineers who live the projects and build the products they support. The support offering is a feature of all QM for SIG Editions (Standard, Enterprise and Network) and is included in the annual subscription of each edition. A complete view of the situation, with tools to track defects, resolve customer requests, all while responding in a timely manner are the tenets on which we base our ability to deliver support with a high level of customer satisfaction.

QM for SIG Editions
QM for SIG comes in three editions, one of which will be just right for you. They are:
- Standard Edition - contains the features needed for a service provider to complete the SIG and submit to all their customers
- Enterprise Edition - contains the features needed for a company to receive and evaluate SIGs from all their service providers
- Network Edition - contains the features needed for a company to support their service providers to complete the SIG and submit to them for evaluation in a single QM for SIG system, or for a service provider to complete the SIG for their cusotmers to evaluate in a single QM for SIG system
