We believe the TriSano® Public Health Community needs a healthy and growing group of commercial customers to ensure necessary financial success to the on-going advancement of the TriSano® projects and products. In turn, CSI TriSano® Enterprise Edition customers need the community for the breadth and depth of subject matter expertise and energy they represent, which helps the complete product advance more rapidly and with higher quality than it ever could by software developers alone.
Here is a comparison of the TriSano® Community Edition and the enterprise extensions available with the CSI TriSano® Enterprise Edition.

| Case Management | ![]() |
![]() |
| CSI TriSano® includes extensive case management capabilities. Through its easy to use tabbed interface, the user can enter demographic, clinical, laboratory, epidemiological and investigation information as part of a CMR (Confidential Morbidity Report). Contacts can be added to the case, as well as notes and tasks, including repeating tasks, to be completed by the user or by others. In addition, files can be attached to a case. Cases can also be cloned with options on how much and which parts of the existing case to clone. Cases can be routed to a queue or an individual. As the case moves forward, CSI TriSano® supports the addition of repeat encounter information and provides longitudinal functionality for managing long term diseases. The flexible Form Builder, included with CSI TriSano® can be used to add questions to be asked throughout the investigation of the case. Also, lab test results can electronically be submitted and applied to an existing case or used to start a new case. |
